Muddy Meadows

This afternoon we had a trip to Springfield Park. We explored the area looking at all the fallen leaves and rolled down the big hills. Of course whilst we were there we had half an hour on the park.

Rainy days at Tandle Hill. This week it was extremely wet however this doesn't stop our Muddy Meadow's team. We are working really hard on taking turns and sharing. We are making extremely good progress.

This week we visited Springfield Park. We had a lovely walk around the lake looking at all the wildlife and trees. We then had a game of football and a play on the park.

This week the Muddy Meadows team went to Chadderton Park. First the team played nature detectives with microscopes to see what hidden creatures they could find. We then explored and played in the river in our waterproof clothing.

Canopy & Campfires believes that young people thrive in the outdoors. Based in a woodland setting between Rochdale and Bury, we deliver a number of holistic options to support mental health and wellbeing.

Our therapeutic programmes and other workshops, based on forest school principles combined with bushcraft and woodland skills, are designed to raise self-esteem, and help build confidence and resilience. Our unique packages are tailored specifically for pre-teens and teenagers, and are delivered by a qualified instructor in a relaxed, forest environment.
