Year 4 were very fortunate to be able to visit St Anne's Academy recently to watch a fantastic performance of Aladdin. The children thoroughly enjoyed themselves and were engaged throughout the performance. Great fun was had by all! 

Our children in Year 4 took part in a Times Table Rock Stars competition between Thursday 24th March ton Thursday 31st March at 12noon. Children accessed studio to win coins to go towards their individual coin scores. We are proud of everybody who took part!

In Science this term, we have been completing experiments and working scientifically. In our most recent experiment, we investigated which classroom objects were conductors and which were insulators. We did this by setting up a circuit and testing different objects from around the classroom. Importantly, we thought about how to keep the investigation fair and which variables needed to be kept the same. 

On Thursday 3rd March 2022, Year 4 celebrated World Book Day! The children came to school dressed as a book character or in their pyjamas and took part in lots of fun activities throughout the afternoon. These activities included designing and creating their own book spine, creating their own book and also completing a book scavenger hunt. Great fun was had by all!
