19.05.2022 - Alice in Wonderland!

Following on from our Alice in Wonderland narratives, we had an afternoon of crafts to create some figures and characters from the film. Our vision is to make a creative display of the narratives and art and crafts to celebrate our hard work and creativity displayed this week. 

12.05.2022 - Board Games!

This week Year 6 have had their SATS tests, so we have been working so hard in the morning to stay focused and revise hard! In the afternoons, we have been working in groups, with our friends, to design and make board games. We firstly researched different games to see what we wanted to create and then we got busy! We can’t wait to get them finished and begin playing each others! 

02.05.2022 - SATS Revision Orienteering

This week, we have continued to work really hard working towards our SATS tests next week. On Friday afternoon, we participated in an orienteering activity to practice our arithmetic and SPaG skills. We worked in pairs to move around the outside spaces and answer the questions on our sheets!

25.04.2022 - Art

This week, we have been producing art in the style of Pablo Picasso, as he is our famous author of the term! We had to create a character using different geometric shapes and patterns which we then used on Microsoft Word to change the colour, saturation and size. This was a really good opportunity to use online software to correct imagery.
