This week we started our ‘Portraits and Poses’ art project. This project has taught the children about portraiture. First they analysed the portraits of Tudor monarchs and compared Tudor portraits and photos today. Then the children completed a simple figure sketch of themselves and finally they used photo editing software to create royal portraits.
