School Council 2024-2025

At Woodland, all of the children across the school are invited to apply to be the School Council representative for their class each year.

In line with the British Value of 'Democracy', each child presents their application form to their class teacher and their class then votes for their elected member.

This process takes place in the first 2 weeks of the academic year and the School Council meet regularly with Mrs Lewis-Woodbridge and Mrs Parkhill. The activities and actions are linked directly to pupil voice and feedback which is generated through whole school assemblies with Mrs Cunningham.
